Crestling Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a lead-generation agency operated by Avirya LLP. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites, forms, and internal tools (including our client CRM), and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact and lead information you or a prospective customer submits through our forms or a client's landing pages: name, phone number, email address, city, and message/enquiry details.
• Advertising identifiers associated with the click that brought a visitor to a form, such as Google Ads click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), Meta click/browser IDs (fbclid, fbc, fbp), and standard UTM campaign parameters.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser user-agent, landing page URL, and referrer, collected automatically for fraud prevention and attribution.

How we use this information

• To respond to enquiries and manage leads on behalf of our clients through our CRM.
• To measure and improve advertising performance by reporting conversion events (for example, a qualified lead or a completed booking) back to the advertising platform that originated the click — currently Meta (via the Conversions API) and Google Ads (via the Google Ads API, offline conversion imports). Before this data is sent to those platforms, personal identifiers such as email and phone number are cryptographically hashed (SHA-256); raw personal data is never shared with advertising platforms.
• To generate aggregate, non-identifying analytics about campaign and website performance (for example, via Google Analytics 4).

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share the minimum data necessary with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — hashed identifiers for conversion measurement (Conversions API).
• Google LLC — hashed identifiers and click IDs for conversion measurement (Google Ads API, Google Analytics).
• Service providers who host our infrastructure and send transactional email/WhatsApp on our behalf, solely to operate the services described above.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Data retention

Lead and attribution data is retained for as long as needed to service the relevant client relationship, and is deleted or anonymized on request.
